Twilight Vendor Rules
- Tables must be kept as they are in the room. Please do not move them.
- Artists and Dealers are responsible for any damage to hotel property or equipment caused by inappropriate use.
- Hotel property and equipment may not be modified (e.g., no holes, chips, paint, or glue).
- Inappropriate use of hotel equipment (e.g., standing on chairs or tables) could lead to injury or damage, for which Furry Takeover LLC and Fontana Dam Resort are not liable.
- All your merchandise must be contained on your table. Please do not encroach on another's space/table. If you do, you will be asked to move your items back onto your table.
- Do not hang things on the walls. If you cause damage to hotel property, you will be held liable.
- We do not allow the sale of smoking paraphernalia.
- Annoying/loud displays will not be tolerated. Flashing lights are not allowed on displays. Do not burn incense in the room.
- No smoking or vaping inside the hotel or Dealer's Room.
- All shelving units used to display goods on tables must be safe and stable. They will be inspected by Staff to ensure the safety of our guests.
- No weapons may be sold in the dealer's room. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis for costume props and will need to be cleared through convention staff first.
- Dealers are not allowed to sell food, drinks, or candy. This is a hotel policy.
- No NSFW feral or cub art.
- All dealers are required to report sales tax according to NC tax laws. This will be the responsibility of each dealer.
- No AI generated art/AI derivative art may be sold in the dealers den or artist alley.
- Counterfeit, bootleg, or unlicensed merchandise is prohibited.
- All merchandise must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Convention staff reserve the right to remove any item deemed inappropriate or in violation of convention policies.
- Aisles, exits, and fire extinguishers must remain clear at all times.
- Dealers are responsible for securing their own merchandise. Furry Takeover LLC and Fontana Dam Resort are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal of merchandise, loss of vending privileges, or removal from the convention without refund.
- These rules may be updated or interpreted by convention management as necessary to ensure the safety and enjoyment of attendees.
